Programs Built From the Print
Program reliability depends on the datum scheme and feature callouts behind it. Programs are built from the customer's print and CAD model, with GD&T callouts mapped to inspection features before any point is taken.
Existing programs written for a prior controller or software version are revised, not rebuilt, when the logic still matches current tooling.

Each program is validated against a first-off part before release, with a run report showing measured values against the print tolerances.
