That target is met through text that meets contrast requirements, headings that follow a logical order, form fields with visible labels and clear error messages, images with text alternatives, and pages that can be operated with a keyboard alone. Every change to a page triggers a fresh conformance review.

A handful of items may still fall outside the target. Scope documents and certificates arriving as PDFs from third parties may not be tagged for screen readers, and text alternatives can be missing from older uploaded files.

Anything here that cannot be used can be reported through the contact page, which lists the contact details for the desk that handles reports. Acknowledgement is within three (3) business days.

While the page behind the problem is being corrected, the information requested is supplied another way: plain email, large print, or read over the telephone. The barrier itself does not hold up a request.
